Servisair is slated to open its next lounge in YYC sometime this month. Named the "Rocky Mountain Lounge", this business class lounge will be located in Concourse C right past US Pre-clearance and CATSA security check point on departures level 2.
According to the lounge supervisor no airlines have signed contracts yet to allow their business class or elite frequent flyer use the lounge. Access at this point is available to anyone who wishes to pay the entry fee of $30 (or $28 if reserved online). The entry fee includes alcoholic beverages, Wi-Fi Access, computer terminal use, etc.
The lounge will operate daily from 04:30 to 19:00 and will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Servisair also operates the "Chinook Lounge" located in Concourse D.
JULY 6 UPDATE: I have received news from Servisair that the lounge is now scheduled to open on July 20 and that it will also be part of the Priority Pass network
