As of March 1, 2011 the Airport Improvement Fee at YYC will go up to $25 from the current $22. At $25, Calgary will be matching Toronto and Montreal in charging the highest AIF in Canada. The increase is required to fund the expansion project that is underway which includes the new N-S runways and the new International Concourse.

Does this attempt at breaking down the other fees that a fairly typical passenger would pay at YYC in addition to the AIF make sense? Or would I need to make some additional adjustments? Are any other fees charged on more or less a cost-recovery basis with the AIF the only source of "real revenue" that they've got?
